Q. Where is the hostel located?

A. Rio Guesthouse is located in St Lawrence Gap, Barbados. We are 2 minutes walk away from Dover Beach and we are surrounded by resaturants, bars, shops and banks for your convenience.
The buses that take you to Bridgetown and the Airport are 5-minutes walk from the guesthouse.

Q. What is included in the price for a night?

A. All taxes and service charges are included in our prices.
Airport transfers, internet access, laundry services and other facilities will be charged separately.

Q. Is there a lock-out?
|
|
A. No.
|

Q. Are there parking facilities available?
|
|
A. No. However, there are car parks in the area and some do charge a fee.
You will be responsible for wherever you park a car and liable to pay any fees or penalties.

Q. Is there a curfew?

A. No.

Q. What are check-in and checkout times?
|
|
A. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12noon. However, we do provide luggage storage should you arrive early or leave late.
Check-outs after 12 noon, wihout prior agreement will be charged an extra night.

Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
|
|
A. We take cash (US dollars and Barbados dollars), Visa and Mastercard.
We do not accept American Express, Switch cards or personal cheques.
